Duane serves as Business Development and Sales Manager for FSA TPA. His responsibilities include oversight of the business development functions of FSA TPA and leading the sales team. He also manages all vendor relationships and our large strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining FSA TPA, Duane Chapman worked as Executive Vice President of National Accounts at Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC) with responsibility for their national alliances, carrier development, large client sales and PEO division. Prior to his tenure with TASC, he served as President of Flexible Corporate Plans, Inc. (FlexCorp). Notable is his last 2 years as President for FlexCorp, an employee benefits administration firm, he directed all operational and sales personnel. Under Duane’s leadership, FlexCorp grew and achieved double-digit growth year over year, eventually leading to the successful acquisition of FlexCorp by TASC.
