Karen Fitch

Firm Administrator

Karen Fitch joined FSA in 2020 bringing a desire to execute administrative duties through her high-level organizational skills. During her time at FSA, she has provided the Pensacola office with administrative, operational and logistical support. She graduated from The Baptist College of Florida in May 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Christian Education with a focus in Administration. Karen was Vice President of her graduating class and also received cum laude honors and the Elizabeth Diane Reasoner Leadership Award upon graduation.

Prior to FSA, Karen spent two years working with Big Brothers Big Sisters to impact the lives of at-risk children and families living in the Escambia and Santa Rosa area. A South Georgia native, Karen has been living and working in the Pensacola area since 2015. When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, painting, baking, and playing with her dog, Bear.
