Grant Financial Analyst

SaNoah LaRocque joined FSA in October of 2021 as a Grants Administrative Specialist. SaNoah collaborates and supports the Grants Team by ensuring effective and efficient project review. SaNoah also serves as the administrator for the project database and lead for monitoring the budget related to the American Rescue Plan Act, CARES Act, and other COVID-19 Relief Funding.
SaNoah is a member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians in North Dakota, where she currently resides. She is a recent graduate of Harvard College, where she studied Human Evolutionary Biology with a secondary in Psychology. Prior to FSA, SaNoah has experience working at Brigham and Women’s Hospital as a part of the Four Directions Research Program at Harvard Medical School, with Senator Heidi Heikamp, and in various internship positions. Outside of work, SaNoah can be found sewing, running, golfing, and spending time with her miniature Australian Shepherd, Halo.
